We use USPS Priority shipping. Order processing time can take 24-48 business hours, EXCLUDES WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS. All shipments include tracking, please use the correct e-mail address or phone number to ensure you receive the correct tracking information.

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR ADDRESS IS CORRECT!! There is no way for us to change it once the order ships!! We are not responsible for orders that go to the wrong address. If items are returned to us, the customer will be responsible for re-shipment fees. The cost of the item will be applied to a store credit to use within one calendar year if the return shipment fee isn’t purchased with in 3 business days.

Once the label is processed by us you will receive a tracking number,  Once the package is within the USPS facility tracking information will be scanned in to their system and updated. 

If you live in Arizona most times shipments will be delivered within 1-2 days

International Deliveries can take 7-14 days to be delivered, depending on region.

Shipping Fees are based on order size and weight and are subject to change by shipping carriers, fees will be applied accordingly with those changes. Shipping cost are automatically calculated at check out by weight and region/location for shipping destination.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, if you refuse the order you placed you will be responsible for all shipping cost and you will be issued an dollyluxxboutique gift card for a store credit for the cost of the merchandise, excluding shipping fees.
